A NATO airstrike killed at least 25 suspected insurgents in eastern Afghanistan on Saturday, while violence elsewhere left 22 civilians dead in a wave of attacks days before the White House issues a review of U.S. war strategy, officials said.

Talibans are Afghan civilians. The policy of the US and her partners is to kill indiscriminately large numbers of Afghan civilians in the alreay forlorn hope that they will give up their resistance against foreign western occupation. It is precisely this crooked thinking which is sure to result in ultimate failure. The question is how long the American public is going to accept their sons to return in bodybags and having to foot the bill for this crazy war which is severly crippling the American economy.
