Judges at the Yugoslav war crimes tribunal have ordered the resumption of a Serb nationalist's trial almost a year after it was suspended amid claims of witness intimidation, the court announced Wednesday.
Dr. Seselj is citizen of Serbia – country that NEVER was in war with Croatia and or Bosnia. He is civilian and had NEVER participated in any war yet he is accused to be "war criminal" for giving moral support to Serbian minority self-defense fight in those countries.
