IN PRACTICE THIS MEANT THAT THE DEMOCRATICLY EXPRESSED WILL OF THE DEFEATED WAS DISRESPECTED. 2. THE SUCCESSOR STATES OF THE AUSTRO-HUNGARIAN EMPIRE--CZECHOSLOVAKIA, POLAND (IN PART) ETC., HAVE NEVER SHOWN THE LEAST RESPECT FOR MINORITY RIGHTS.
