WASHINGTON(Reuters) - An Iraqi-born Dutch citizen pleaded guilty Thursday to conspiracy to murder Americans overseas between 2003 and 2005 by planting roadside bombs targeting U.S. soldiers in Fallujah, Iraq, the Justice Department said.
