JERUSALEM, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah faction released some 40 Hamas prisoners in the West Bank ahead of a reconciliation summit hosted by Egypt, a lawmaker from the Islamist group said on Wednesday.
