PRETORIA, Jan 27 (Reuters) - A summit on Zimbabwe's power-sharing deal decided on Tuesday that opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai should be sworn in as prime minister by Feb. 11 but his party said it was not satisfied with the meeting's results.
