The Treasury Department slapped financial sanctions on three alleged al-Qaida terrorist operatives thought to be in Iran, plus another — a son of al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden — that the top U.S. intelligence officer said Friday has left Iran and is probably now in Pakistan.
